Due to the nature of our work in counseling, we do not ship any products. All our services are provided online or in person, and no physical items will be sent to customers.
Cancellation Policy
- No Cancellations or Rescheduling:
- Once registered, cancellations and rescheduling are not permitted. Please be sure of your availability before registering.
- No-Shows:
- If you do not attend the workshop without prior notice, the full registration fee will be charged, and no refunds will be provided.
- Refunds:
- No refunds will be given for cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows. Ensure you are committed to attending the workshop before you register.
- Emergency Situations:
- We understand that emergencies can happen. In the case of an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We may provide a credit for a future workshop at our discretion, but this is not guaranteed.
